Qigong (Chi Kung) Videos
9 Videos of Health Qigong Routines + 1 Seated Version
The practice is based on theory and practical experience of how to combine movement with the rhythm of the breath, the principles of Chinese medicine for exercising and regulating one’s body, breathing, energy, and mind, as well as modern knowledge of human physiology.
Thus, by practicing Qigong, you simultaneously develop awareness of how your body, breath, mind, and energy move and function.
About Health Qigong Association Sets
The routines below represent standardized Health Qigong sets developed and recognized by the Health Qigong Association. These traditional practices have been refined and systematized to make them accessible while preserving their therapeutic and philosophical integrity. Each set targets specific meridians, organs, and aspects of physical and mental cultivation.
Whether you are beginning your practice or deepening existing experience, these routines offer pathways to strengthen body awareness, improve vitality, and cultivate presence in movement.
The Nine Sets
Ba Duan Jin
The Eight Pieces of Brocade—one of the most accessible entry points to Qigong practice. This set focuses on foundational movements that coordinate breath with posture, gently opening meridian pathways and building core stability.
Wu Qin Xi
The Five Animal Forms—movements inspired by crane, bear, monkey, deer, and bird. Each animal embodies different qualities of movement and energy cultivation, teaching practitioners how to shift their somatic awareness through mimicry and internal sensing.
Taiji Yang Sheng Zhang
Tai Chi Nourishing Palm—combines flowing movements with meditation principles, designed to balance yin and yang energy throughout the body and cultivate inner stillness within motion. We are using a stick on this set.
